The heart of SCFAW's mission is to provide low-cost veterinary services for cats through our licensed veterinary partners and their highly qualified staff. These services are intended for caretakers who would not otherwise be able to afford the vital one-time procedure. Click below to learn more about our programs.

Affordable Spay/Neuter Clinics for Pet and Tame Cats  

CatSnip Clinics (CSCs) offer spay and neuter services for households that might not otherwise be able to afford these vital one-time services. CSCs are held at reputable veterinary hospitals, and all medical services are performed by licensed veterinarians and their staff.

 

Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Services

Feral cats have unique needs that cannot be accommodated at our Quick Fix Clinics. Our Feral Cat Clinics provide spay and neuter services free of charge to their caretakers. We also provide low-cost services by voucher through our veterinary partners.

 

Illness and Injury: Scratch's Patch-Up Program

Medical attention for a cat or dog that is sick or injured can be very costly. People with limited means are often forced to euthanize a beloved pet when they can't afford expensive treatments. Scratch's Patch-Up Program may be able to help. Thanks to our veterinary partners, we can provide access to discounted treatment in Central Massachusetts for most pet illnesses and injuries.
